Main functions of spring stainless steel spring:

Generally speaking, the manufacturing materials of shrapnel shall have high elastic limit, fatigue limit, impact toughness and good heat treatment performance. Carbon shrapnel steel, alloy shrapnel steel, stainless steel shrapnel, copper alloy, nickel alloy and rubber are commonly used. The manufacturing methods of shrapnel include cold coiling method and hot coiling method. The cold coiling method is generally used for the spring wire with a diameter of less than 8 mm, and the hot coiling method is used for the spring wire with a diameter of more than 8 mm. Some shrapnel will be subjected to strong pressure or shot peening after being made, which can improve the bearing capacity of the shrapnel.

The shrapnel is an elastic element widely used in the mechanical and electronic industries. The stainless steel shrapnel can produce large elastic deformation when it is loaded, transforming mechanical work or kinetic energy into deformation energy. After unloading, the deformation of the shrapnel disappears and returns to its original state, transforming deformation energy into mechanical work or kinetic energy.

5. How to make good quality stainless steel shrapnel?

(1). The customer wants to find an etching factory with complete qualifications. Only qualified etching plants, corresponding equipment, including etching equipment, pre-treatment oil removal and dust removal equipment, roller coating equipment, exposure pattern transfer equipment, development equipment, etching processing equipment, anime imager equipment, dust-free clean room, and professional operators are very important.

(4). Are the details in place? Details determine success or failure! For the etched products, we should ensure the accuracy of every detail and every key dimension, and ensure that they meet the requirements of the customer’s engineering drawings.
