Processing steps of turning parts


The machining procedure for turning parts is one of the process documents that specifies the machining process and operating methods of parts. It is a process document that, under specific production conditions, writes reasonable process and operating methods in the prescribed form to guide production after approval. The process regulations for turning parts generally include the following contents: the process route for workpiece processing, the specific content of each process and the equipment and process equipment used, the inspection items and methods of the workpiece, cutting amount, time quota, etc. The specific processing steps are as follows:

Before operation
1. Before work, strictly use protective equipment according to regulations, tie the cuffs, and do not wear scarves or gloves. Female workers should wear their hair under their hats. The operator must stand on the pedal.
2. The bolts, travel limits, signals, safety protection (safety) devices, mechanical transmission parts, electrical parts, and lubrication points of all parts shall be strictly checked, and they can be started only after they are confirmed to be reliable.
3. The safety voltage for various machine tool lighting applications shall not exceed 36 volts.

In operation
1. Tools, clamps, cutting tools, and workpieces must be securely clamped. All types of machine tools should be idling at low speed after driving, and only after everything is normal can they be officially operated.
2. Tools and other objects are prohibited from being placed on the track surface of the machine tool or on the workbench. It is not allowed to remove iron filings by hand, special tools should be used to clean them.
3. Before starting the machine tool, observe the surrounding dynamics. After starting the machine tool, stand in a safe position to avoid moving parts of the machine tool and splashing of iron filings.
4. During the operation of various types of machine tools, it is not allowed to adjust the transmission mechanism or stroke, touch the transmission part, moving workpieces, cutting tools, etc. on the working surface during processing, measure any dimensions during operation, and transfer or take tools and other items through the transmission part of the machine tool.
5. When abnormal noise is found, the machine should be immediately stopped for maintenance. Forced or faulty operation is not allowed, and the machine tool is not allowed to be overloaded.
6. During the processing of each machine component, strictly follow the process discipline, read the drawings clearly, understand the control points, roughness, and technical requirements of relevant parts, and determine the processing process of the manufactured component.
7. When adjusting the speed, stroke, clamping workpieces and tools, and wiping the machine tool, it is necessary to stop the machine. It is not allowed to leave the work position while the machine tool is running. If you want to leave for some reason, you must stop and cut off the power supply.

After operation
1. The raw materials to be processed, finished products, semi-finished products, and waste materials must be stacked in designated locations, and various tools and cutting tools must be kept intact and in good condition.
2. After the operation, the power must be cut off, the cutting tools removed, the handles placed in neutral position, and the electric switch box locked.
3. Clean the equipment, clean the iron filings, and inject lubricating oil into the guide rails to prevent rust and corrosion.
